These meetings will outline the details regarding alfalfa policies and some statistics about alfalfa production in Minnesota. Alfalfa insurance is underused by producers and an provide excellent coverage. Many producers are not aware that these policies exist. The workshops will also have premium quotes available for individual counties.
The North Central Risk Management Agency -- the agency awarding us this grant -- has provided information for the meetings. Sessions will run approximately 60 to 90 minutes.
